Zarir Meher on building Florian Hurel Hair Couture & Spa into a Growing Luxury Brand
CEO Zarir Meher shares his journey from hospitality to co-founding Florian Hurel Hair Couture & Spa, expanding it into a multifaceted luxury brand focused on excellence and team empowerment.

Today, as the CEO and co-founder of flourishing brands under the Florian Hurel umbrella, Zarir continues to play a major role in expanding the business while also focusing on creating opportunities for talent within the industry.
Speaking about what inspired him to enter the industry, he said, “I was always inclined towards the beauty and wellness industry. However, my first break was through the event management company where I used to manage talent for some events and then I got into Hotel Sahara Star and that was my break into the beauty industry. What inspires me is to recreate the natural beauty, and help people explore the natural beauty within.”
“From a front office executive I was promoted into Wellness department. I was heading the salon, spa and gym, and I think from there until today it has been a journey of of learning and hard work and discipline put together to which today I stand as a co-founder for two brands, where I am the CEO as well,” he added.
