Actress Anupama Solanki, known for her versatility on television, takes on a powerful new avatar in the ongoing series Jagriti – Ek Nayi Subah. In a candid conversation, she revealed that her role as Sudha marks the first time she’s playing a “positive Dabang character” on TV.
“I’m very choosy about my roles, even though it’s risky in this industry. But I prefer to wait for something meaningful,” she shares. Her character Sudha, who returns from Dubai, is portrayed as strong-willed and intense, particularly in her interactions with her husband, Kalikant, played by Aarya Babbar.
The narrative recently introduced a gripping twist: Aarya Babbar plays twin brothers — Kalikant and Shashikant — and one of them is set to die, changing the course of the storyline dramatically.
